Shipping methods

We ship world wide, allowing for restrictions that may be in place due to world events.  All items are shipped from the UK via a tracked and insured service. For smaller items under 2kg, this can be Royal Mail or a courier such as UPS. For larger items, we use couriers such as UPS, DHL or FedEx.

If a shipping method does not appear for your location, please contact us for assistance and we will find a quote if possible.

Please provide an up-to-date address and local phone number when ordering.

ImPort charges

International orders, including to the EU, may be liable for charges to be paid on receipt of delivery. This may include VAT at your local rate, import duty, and handling fees. VAT in most EU counties is around 20%. Taxes are applied to the whole value of your purchase, including shipping costs. This is out of our control, so please check your country’s regulations for more details.

Delivery TAXES paid service

We offer a DTP (delivery taxes paid) service to some countries.  Instead of receiving a bill for import VAT when you receive your item(s), we can give you a quote for the charges upfront, and pay in advance. Customs may still need to contact you about your item, so please provide any information they request.
